All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or product launches), processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the site.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it for the future!

🫧 Packaging

Fragile items like glass tumblers and honey jars are packed securely to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if there’s any damage.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📝 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. N8TURE’S HIVE is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ( info@n8tureshive.com ) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
